For more than a decade, my work has centered on helping organizations grow—and helping people find their place in that growth.
My background spans operations at Step Forward, community partnerships at Venture For America, and board engagement and development at the Fund for Our Economic Future. Across those roles, I’ve worked at the intersection of strategy, relationships, resources, and implementation.
As the founder of Dandridge Design Consulting, I brought those experiences into advising nonprofits and businesses. Today, that work sits alongside coaching, teaching, and building Meant for More.
